Meet Lisa

I'm Lisa, a dedicated Creative Art Therapist with a Master’s training and registration from ANZACATA. With a rich background spanning in areas of advocacy, disability support, creative development, and leadership, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice.

My passion lies in fostering connections and facilitating growth across all ages and needs.  I especially love connecting with fellow neurodivergent kin.

In my practice, I embrace non-judgmental acceptance and inclusion, emphasising safety, trauma informed,  person-centeredness, and neuro-affirming principles. Together, we'll embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, building resilience and learning new strategics to improve emotional regulation where every expression, interpretation, and choice is honoured and respected.

In addition to my core training, I've honed my skills in motivational interviewing and sand tray therapy, allowing me to offer a diverse range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual's journey.

Join me in exploring the transformative power of creativity and self-expression on the path towards healing and self-discovery.

Meet Brianna

Hi! I am Brianna and my approach to work (and life) is guided by an application of compassion, creativity, and comfort. My academic background in psychology and lived experience provide me with a deep understanding of mental health and its impact on human development and behaviour.

I consider art and creativity to be assets for self-expression and personal development, and I find my most authentic self during creative processes. There isn't a single craft I wouldn't delight in experiencing. Ultimately, it is my love for the arts and social psychology that assist me in nurturing meaningful connections with others.

My special interests include animals (especially dogs and birds),  arts & crafts, Op-shopping, reading, and Gaming (Pokémon!)

If you spot me in the studio, I'm always happy to have a chat or dish out some fun animal trivia. Did you know crocodiles are biologically immortal?! Ask me more!
